Where it comes from

Four family swiftlet houses in central and southern Vietnam.

The houses
Tall and quiet, built for swiftlets. The birds fly free, out at dawn and home at dusk.

Only after they fly
We harvest by head-torch, ceiling by ceiling. Nests with eggs or young are left in place.

Raw, as it comes
Harvested nests still hold feathers and fragments. This is where the patience begins.

Strand by strand
Soaked in clean water, then every feather lifted with fine tweezers. No bleach. No shortcuts.

Back into its cup
Clean strands are shaped in moulds, cold air-dried, then gently released.

Sealed for you
Weighed, sealed in clear trays and carried to Singapore.
